Registration Information


Early Registration Before May 25, 2017 US$400
Regular Registration After May 25, 2017 US$450
  1. No matter your submission is single-authored or multi-authored, if you would like to have your accepted submission published in the conference proceedings, you have to pay registration fee US$400 for each submission before May 25, 2017 or US$450 after May 25, 2017.
  2. Authors who fail to complete registration process, their manuscripts will not be included in the proceedings. Unpaid manuscripts will be treated as withdrawn.
  3. If a paper is multi-authored and additional authors would like to attend the conference, each delegate is required to register and pay the registration fee.
  4. The conference registration fee covers admission to all conference sessions, conference program booklet, conference proceedings in USB format, lunch and coffee breaks.
  5. For those authors who have restrictions by their country on the transfer of fees to another country (either by bank or credit card), please contact the Registration Secretariat at to register and discuss the possibility of on-site payment.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the Registration Secretariat ( For cancellations postmarked on or before 23:59 (GMT+8), June 15, 2017, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellations after 23:59 (GMT+8), June 15, 2017, no fees will be refunded.
