- No matter your submission is single-authored or multi-authored, if you would like to have your accepted submission published in the conference proceedings, you have to pay registration fee US$400 for each submission before May 25, 2017 or US$450 after May 25, 2017.
- Authors who fail to complete registration process, their manuscripts will not be included in the proceedings. Unpaid manuscripts will be treated as withdrawn.
- If a paper is multi-authored and additional authors would like to attend the conference, each delegate is required to register and pay the registration fee.
- The conference registration fee covers admission to all conference sessions, conference program booklet, conference proceedings in USB format, lunch and coffee breaks.
- For those authors who have restrictions by their country on the transfer of fees to another country (either by bank or credit card), please contact the Registration Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org to register and discuss the possibility of on-site payment.
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the Registration Secretariat (ICHLST.email@example.com). For cancellations postmarked on or before 23:59 (GMT+8), June 15, 2017, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellations after 23:59 (GMT+8), June 15, 2017, no fees will be refunded.
